Lotus Root Pork Neckbone Soup ( 排骨蓮藕湯 )


Ingredients: 1 lb of pork neckbone, 2 lotus roots, salt, water

Steps:
1. Cook pork neckgone for 2 hours in water to make the broth.
2. Add in lotus roots and cook for another hour.
3. Add salt for taste.

BBQ Chicken Wings


Ingredients: chicken wings, bulls eye bbq sauce

Steps:
1. Marinate the chicken wings with BBQ sauce.
2. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 15 min.
3. Turn the wings over and bake for another 15 min.

清炒油菜


材料:油菜, 大蒜, 鹽, 油

Steps:
1. Heat the frying pan with oil and garlic.
2. Stir fry the vegetable and add some salt.

Cod with Soy Sauce


Ingredients: Cod fish, green onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, oil, oyster sauce

Steps:
1. Microwave the fish for 3 min.
2. In an empty pan, put in oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, green onion and a bit of water. Cook until boiled.
3. Pour the sauce over the fish and microwave for another 2 minutes.

Oden

Ingredients: chicken broth, fish cake, tofu, squid ball

Steps:
1. Boil a can of chicken broth with a can of water.
2. Add in all the ingredients and cook until it's boiled.

Korean Style Kimchi Seafood Pancake

Ingredients: kimchi, 12 prawns, 1 cup of flour, 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp corn startch, green onion, red pepper, onion, carrot, 1/2 cup of water, salt, oil.

Steps:
1. Mix flour, corn startch, water, eggs, salt
2. Wash and cut green onion, red pepper, onion, carrot into small pieces
3. Heat up the flat frying pan with oil.
4. Pour in the pancake (step1) mixture into the frying pan.
5. Add in all the chopped ingredients, prawns and kimchi on top.
6. Flip over and fry it until it's cooked.

Stir Fry Beef Rice Noodle

Ingredients: rice noodle, beef tenderloin, oyster sauce, soy sauce, satay sauce, chilly sauce, corn startch, oil

Steps:
1. Marinate beef with corn startch and a bit soy sauce.
2. Stir fry the beef and set it aside.
3. Pan fry the rice noodle with oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, satay sauce, and chilly sauce.
3. Add in the beef and stir fry everything.

蒜炒A菜


Ingredients: A vegetable (A菜), garlic, oil, salt

Steps:
1. Wash and chop the vegatable.
2. Heat up the pan with oil and add in garlic.
3. Add in vegetables and salt, stir fry for a few min.

Satay beef with onions and wild mushrooms ( 沙茶牛肉炒洋蔥草菇 )


Ingredients: beef tenderloin, onion, wild mushrooms, satay sauce

Steps:
1. Heat up the pan with oil.
2. Add in onion and stir fry until it changes color.
3. Add in Beef tenderloin (slices) and wild mushrooms (slices).
4. Stir fry until the beef is cooked.
5. Add in satay sauce and mix well.

蝦米炒小白菜


Ingredients: dry shrimps, bok choy, salt, oil, garlic

Steps:
1. Heat up the pan and oil.
2. Put in garlic and dry shrimps.
3. Add in bok choy with some salt and stir fry it for 5 min until it softens.

佛手瓜排骨老火湯


Ingredients: 佛手瓜, 豬頸骨, 淮山片, 南杏北杏, 紅棗, 鹽

Steps:
1. 將豬頸骨煮15分鐘後沖洗乾淨
2. 放入清水煮至沸騰, 加入佛手瓜, 淮山片, 南杏北杏, 紅棗, 鹽
3. 菊花火熬三小時.

Sauteed Mushrooms


Ingredients: mushrooms, butter, salt and pepper

Steps:
1. Stir fry mushrooms with butter, salt and pepper.
2. Simmer for 5 to 10 min until the color changes.

Asparagus


Ingredients: Asparagus, butter, salt, oil

Steps:
1. Broil the asparagus with some oil and salt.
2. Add butter on top.

Steak Dinner


Ingredients: beef tenderloin, mushrooms, asparagus, corn, butter, salt, pepper.

Steps:
1. Season the tenderloin with salt, pepper and Cayenne pepper on both sides.
2. Use butter and oil to heat up the pan.
3. Pan fry the steak on both sides to medium rare.

Side dishes: Asparagus, Mushrooms, Corn

Pan Fried Lettuce with Preserved Beancurd Rice Sauce ( 腐乳生菜 )


Ingredients: Lettuce, Preserved beancurd rice sauce

Steps:
1. Pan fry lettuce with a bit of oil
2. Add in preserved beancurd rice sauce with a bit of water.

Chinese Style Ribs with Tofu Puff


Ingredients: Pork ribs, tofu puff, soy sauce paste, oyster sauce paste, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, water.

Steps:
1. Boil pork ribs and clean them.
2. Pan fry ribs with garlic, soy sauce paste, oyster sauce paste.
3. Add in some water, soy sauce and sugar.
4. Cook in medium heat for 20 min. until sauce sinks in the meat.
5. Add in tofu puff and cook for another 10 min.

Tofu Stew


Ingredients: 1 package of smooth tofu, green onions, soy sauce concentrate, oil

Steps:
1. Heat up the pan with oil and fry the tofu and set it aside.
2. Cook the remaining oil with soy sauce concentrate and oyster sauce. Add a bit of sugar if desired.
3. Put tofu back in and cook in medium heat for 15 min until the sauce blended in.

Broccoli with Chicken Strips


Ingredients: broccoli, cauliflower, chicken stips

Steps:
1. Bake the chicken strips.
2. Stir fry broccoli and cauliflower with oil and salt.

Fried Rice with Salmon, Eggs and Cabbage


Ingredients: rice, salmon, 2 eggs, cabbage, oyster sauce, oil

Steps:
1. Pan fry scramble eggs and set it aside.
2. Heat up the pan with oil and fry up the rice with oyster sauce.
3. Add in cooked eggs, salmon in chuncks and cabbage.
4. Stir fry everything for 3 min.

Hot & Sour Soup


Ingredients: 1 package of Hot & Sour Soup Mix, 2 eggs, 800mL water

Steps:
1. Cook water to boil and add in the soup mix.
2. Beat up 2 eggs and add into the soup.
3. Stir and serve.

Zucchini with mushrooms


Ingredients: zucchini, giant mushrooms, oil, salt, peopper

Steps:
1. Wash and cut zucchini and mushroom in chunks.
2. Pan fry with oil and add salt & pepper for flavour.

Baked Garlic Pepper Salmon


Ingredients: salmon filet, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, lemon

Steps:
1. Drizzle some olive oil, lemon zest, garlic powder and pepper on the salmon filet.
2. Bake it in oven for 15 to 20 min at 350 degrees.

Pan Fried Thick Rice Noodle


Ingredients: Thick Rice Noodle, Onions, Carrots, Beef

Steps:
1. Cook the thick rice noodle until it turns transparent.
2. Drain the noodle and pan fry it with beef stew.
3. Top with green onion for decoration. (optional)

Chinese Style Pancake with Eggs


Ingredients: chinese pancake, egg, chopped green onion, milk, olive oil

Steps:
1. Pan fry the chinese pancake with olive oil on both sides.
2. Mix an egg with chopped green onion and a bit of milk.
3. Lift up the pancake and pour egg mixture underneath.
4. Fold it up into a roll and add some sweet spicy sauce at your preference.

Breakfast at Home


Ingredients: 2 eggs, 4 slices of Turkey Breast ham, bun, margerine, ketchup

Steps:
1. Pan fry 2 eggs in over-easy style and make sure the egg yolks are not completely cooked.
2. Pan fry turkey breast ham and toast the bun.
3. Add margerine and ketchup at your preference.

Baked Seafood Pasta


Ingredients:
penne, prawns, imitation crab meat, mushrooms, squid, cream of mushroom soup, chedder cheese

Steps:
1. Cook pasta in boiling water for 5 min. Drain it and set it aside.
2. Pan fry prawns, imitation crab meat and squid with butter.
3. Add in a can of cream of mushroom soup.
4. Add in the cooked pasta and mix well.
5. Add in any herbs for aroma and flavour. (optional step)
6. Put everything in a glass bowl and cover it shredded chedder cheese.
7. Bake for 10 to 15 min. until the cheese turns in golden brown.
