佛手瓜排骨老火湯


Ingredients: 佛手瓜, 豬頸骨, 淮山片, 南杏北杏, 紅棗, 鹽

Steps:
1. 將豬頸骨煮15分鐘後沖洗乾淨
2. 放入清水煮至沸騰, 加入佛手瓜, 淮山片, 南杏北杏, 紅棗, 鹽
3. 菊花火熬三小時.
