Chinese Style Pancake with Eggs


Ingredients: chinese pancake, egg, chopped green onion, milk, olive oil

Steps:
1. Pan fry the chinese pancake with olive oil on both sides.
2. Mix an egg with chopped green onion and a bit of milk.
3. Lift up the pancake and pour egg mixture underneath.
4. Fold it up into a roll and add some sweet spicy sauce at your preference.
