Satay beef with onions and wild mushrooms ( 沙茶牛肉炒洋蔥草菇 )


Ingredients: beef tenderloin, onion, wild mushrooms, satay sauce

Steps:
1. Heat up the pan with oil.
2. Add in onion and stir fry until it changes color.
3. Add in Beef tenderloin (slices) and wild mushrooms (slices).
4. Stir fry until the beef is cooked.
5. Add in satay sauce and mix well.
